A quick and delicious Teriyaki Chicken Bowl featuring tender chicken marinated in sweet and savory teriyaki glaze, paired with vibrant vegetables and served over fluffy rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, honey, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Combine everything in the pan and finish with a splash of the marinade.
  6. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
