Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
