Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Cooked rice or grain of choice, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or broiler.
