A light and airy dessert featuring meringue topped with fresh berries and whipped cream, perfect for celebrations and summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whip the egg whites until fluffy and holding firm peaks.
  3. Gradually add the sugar to achieve a shiny mixture.
  4. Mix in cornstarch and vinegar, then shape the meringue into a circle with a well in the center on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake gently and let it cool completely in the oven.
  6. Top the cooled meringue shell with whipped cream and arrange fresh berries on top.

Notes

Store meringue, whipped cream, and berries separately. Reassemble before serving to maintain crispiness.
