Creamy, tangy macaroni salad perfect for summer picnics and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet peas
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Mix the mayonnaise and vinegar in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold in the chopped veggies and cooled pasta until well coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
