Delightful mini cakes adorned with fluffy frosting and cute edible decorations that resemble adorable bunnies, perfect for spring celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1/2 cup butter (for frosting)
  • Mini marshmallows (for bunny ears)
  • Chocolate chips (for bunny eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cupcake liners in a muffin tray.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fill the cupcake liners and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
  4. Cool the cupcakes completely before frosting.
  5. Frost each cupcake generously using a piping bag.
  6. Add candy decorations to resemble bunny features, using marshmallows for ears and chocolate chips for eyes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days; refrigerate for a week. Unfrosted cupcakes can be frozen for up to 3 months.
