Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually add warm water to create a sticky dough.
  3. Knead until smooth, then let it rest and rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough and fill each piece with shredded cheese.
