A vibrant and zesty chicken dish marinated in chili and lime for bold flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by blending chili powder, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of oil.
  4. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  5. Rest the chicken for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes
