Ingredients

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the eggs in a pot of cold water, making sure they’re fully submerged.
  2. Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium heat.
  3. Cover the pot, remove it from the heat, and let it sit for about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  5. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  6. Pop the yolks out and combine them with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings until smooth.
  7. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the whites and finish with a dash of paprika.

Notes

For perfectly hard-cooked eggs, use the freshest eggs available as they peel easier. You can experiment with different ingredients like avocado or spices for variations.
