Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Whisk the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes
