Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • Lettuce or tomato slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken and ensure it’s cooled.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with mayonnaise and herbs until well combined.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the chicken mayo mixture onto each slice of bread.
  4. Top with lettuce or tomato slices if desired.
  5. Slice the assembled sandwich diagonally for easier handling.

Notes

Store sandwiches in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. You can freeze the chicken mayo mix without bread for longer storage.
