A vibrant and refreshing pasta salad featuring fresh ingredients and delightful textures, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup ripe cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, torn
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Chop the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and tear the basil.
  5. Combine the cooled pasta with the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  7. Toss gently to coat the salad in dressing.
  8. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper as needed.
