This Crispy Dill Pickle Parmesan Chicken recipe transforms tender chicken into a flavorful dish that’s crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, patted dry
  • 1 cup crushed pickles
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Combine crushed pickles, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and seasoning in a bowl.
