A delightful and creamy take on classic deviled eggs, perfect for appetizers or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot of cold water and bring it to a rolling boil.
  2. Cover the pot and let it sit off the heat for about 12 minutes.
  3. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  4. Once cooled, peel each egg and slice them in half.
  5. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika for color.

Notes

For perfect peeling, use eggs that are at least a week old. Enjoy within 3 days if stored in an airtight container.
