A quick and flavorful shrimp dish in a rich garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, lemon juice for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  4. Pour in the cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley and lemon juice if desired.
