A delightful dessert made with a soft crust and topped with a colorful assortment of fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, stone fruits)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to sugar cookie dough instructions.
  2. Bake the cookie dough until golden, then allow to cool completely.
  3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  5. Arrange the fresh fruit on top in a colorful pattern.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
