Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the mini bell peppers in half and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with everything bagel seasoning and herbs in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into each pepper half, packing it generously.
