Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup of cheese, shredded (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup of milk (dairy or dairy-free)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Sauté any vegetables if desired for extra flavor depth.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  4. Layer the cubed bread, sautéed vegetables, and cheese in the prepared baking dish.
