A delightful homemade peach jam that captures the essence of summer, perfect for spreading on toast or pairing with cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches, chopped
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Select the ripest peaches and peel and pit them.
  2. Combine the chopped peaches with sugar and let it sit to release the juices.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a pot over medium heat, stirring frequently.
