A refreshing garden salad featuring a colorful mix of vegetables and a tangy Dijon mustard vinaigrette.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar (red wine or apple cider)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
