A delicious and buttery corn on the cob recipe infused with garlic and parmesan, perfect for summer BBQs and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the corn by boiling or grilling until tender.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Brush the cooked corn generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the corn.
