Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

Instructions
