A flavorful blend of marinated chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki sauce on warm flatbread, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 flatbreads
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • Optional: feta cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Prepare the toppings by chopping vegetables and mixing Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, garlic, and herbs for tzatziki sauce.
  4. Rest the cooked chicken for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
  5. Assemble flatbreads with sliced chicken, veggies, and tzatziki sauce, then serve.
