A delicious blend of juicy steak, fresh greens, and tangy balsamic glaze, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a leisurely weekend lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 4 cups fresh greens (arugula or spinach)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic dressing
  • Cherry tomatoes (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Feta cheese or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in balsamic mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  3. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  4. Toss the greens in a bowl with optional toppings.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic dressing and pile the sliced steak on top.

Notes

For leftovers, store salad separately from the dressing to keep greens fresh. Can be refrigerated for up to three days.
