Grilled Seafood Skewers

Delicious grilled seafood skewers with shrimp, fish, and colorful vegetables, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb flaky white fish, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, for juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate seafood and vegetables in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Assemble the marinated seafood and vegetables on skewers, leaving space in between each piece.
  4. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish as desired.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding skewers for even cooking. Can experiment with different proteins or marinades.
