Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices cheese (e.g., cheddar or Swiss)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings (e.g., lettuce, tomato, sriracha)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shape the ground beef into small patties and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the patties in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the bottom halves with cheese and any desired toppings.
