A delicious shrimp dish glazed in a sweet and savory honey-garlic sauce, packed with protein and perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp in honey, garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated shrimp to the hot pan.
  4. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque, avoiding overcooking.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
