Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup fresh key lime juice
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
  • Whipped cream for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press it into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Bake the crust until golden, then let it cool.
  4. Whisk together the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth.
