  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or neutral oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
