Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, pureed
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional)
  • Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the ripe mangoes until smooth.
  2. Mix in the coconut cream until well combined.
  3. Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
