Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups fresh corn (grilled or roasted)
  • 1 cup creamy dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ins: black beans, diced avocado, jalapeƱos
