Ingredients

  • 1 cup tart crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tart crust until golden and crisp.
  2. Allow it to cool completely.
  3. Mix the cream cheese until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
