Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky.
  3. Whisk the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt) in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
