Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  3. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a pan.
