Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed biscuits (such as graham crackers or digestive biscuits)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup passion fruit purée

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed biscuits and melted butter; press into a springform pan.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the passion fruit purée into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream until light and airy.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
