Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until resembling wet sand.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of your chosen dish to form the crust.
  3. Blend the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk and crushed pineapple.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the surface.
  6. Refrigerate until set, about four hours.
