Juicy and flavorful oven-baked Italian meatballs that are perfect for pairing with spaghetti or enjoying as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, even-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve warm over spaghetti or in a sub with marinara sauce and cheese.

Notes

Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes after baking to allow juices to redistribute. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure they brown properly.
