Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 loaf stale bread (brioche or challah), cut into cubes
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl until smooth.
