Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh burrata, torn
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil or mint, torn
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the peaches.
  2. Tear open the burrata to reveal its creamy center.
