A delightful fusion of flaky pastry and sweet, juicy peaches, perfect for a cozy afternoon treat or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 cup puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pastry dough on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Cut it into strips and brush them with melted butter.
  3. Layer the strips together.
  4. Mix fresh peaches with sugar and cornstarch.
  5. Place a spoonful of the peach mixture on each layered strip.
  6. Roll the strips into cruffin shapes and place them in a muffin tin.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Notes
