A delightful Peach Raspberry Cobbler that combines juicy peaches and tart raspberries for a perfect summer dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine sliced peaches and raspberries in a bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix gently.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, and baking powder.
  5. Cut in the cold butter until mixture is crumbly.
  6. Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Top generously with the crumble mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. Store leftover cobbler in an airtight container for up to three days.
