A refreshing homemade peach sorbet made with ripe peaches and no added preservatives, perfect for warm summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the peaches, removing their pits.
  2. Blend the peaches with your chosen sweetener until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture, adjusting sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the blend into a container and place it in the freezer.
  5. Stir every 30 minutes until fully frozen, about 2-3 hours.
  6. Scoop and enjoy when ready to serve!

Notes

If the sorbet is too icy after freezing, blend it again briefly before serving. You can add a splash of lemon juice or vanilla for a twist.
