A vibrant and flavorful Pesto Pasta Salad, perfect for warm days and outdoor gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta of choice
  • 1 cup fresh basil or pesto
  • 1 cup colorful vegetables (cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Chop the vegetables while the pasta cools.
  3. Drain the pasta and let it cool before combining with pesto.
  4. Toss in the vegetables and mix gently until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes
