Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangular shapes.
  3. Bake until the pastry is golden and flaky, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cool the baked pastry layers.
  5. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
