A delightful no-bake summer dessert combining creamy cheesecake with fresh strawberries and blueberries, perfect for picnics or barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (to taste)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by softening the cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in your sweetener and stir until blended.
  3. Gently fold in your whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Add in the strawberries and blueberries, tossing lightly to combine without crushing the fruit.
  5. Transfer it to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

For added crunch, garnish with crushed graham crackers or serve with vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
