Red, White and Blue Popsicle

Refreshing layered popsicles made with fresh fruits and Greek yogurt, perfect for summer celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries with a splash of honey until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry puree into popsicle molds and freeze for about 1 hour until set.
  3. Blend the Greek yogurt until creamy and smooth, then spread it over the frozen strawberry layer.
  4. Puree the blueberries and pour them on top of the yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze until fully solid, about 4 hours.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Dip molds in warm water for easier removal.
