Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole grain pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
