A delightful, easy-to-make peach simple syrup that adds sweetness and fruity flavor to cocktails, desserts, and more.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, chopped
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your fresh peaches into small pieces.
  2. Combine them with equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes to allow the peach flavor to infuse.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container, discarding the solids.
  6. Cool the syrup before sealing tightly.

Notes
