A creamy and tangy Southern potato salad that is a perfect comfort food for family gatherings and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into equal-sized chunks.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are fork-tender but not mushy.
  3. Drain the cooked potatoes and let them cool slightly.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, and any other flavorings.
  5. Fold in the diced vegetables gently to maintain the potato chunks.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as preferred.

Notes
