Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
